Generative AI has become a welcome accelerator for many educators and instructional designers as they build and deliver their courses. And yet, the adoption of AI has been hampered by issues like hallucinations, lack of control, and difficulty sharing AI knowledge among teams. In this session, John Swope will share a hands-on workshop on building AI-powered "MicroApps" as a way to share specific AI tools with tighter controls and more predictable outputs, and examples of how those tools can be leveraged for the classroom.
