As the Associate Director of  Assessment, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating a comprehensive, equity-driven assessment plan that aligns with the mission and vision of the College. You will foster a student-centered culture of continuous improvement both inside and outside of the classroom, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students in the development and measurement of outcomes and the creation of data-informed action plans that lead to improved student learning and processes.  This position reports to the Director of Planning, Curriculum and Assessment (PCA).
